NEW SNOW REMOVAL APPROACH
This year we are going to organize a team of volunteers to share the responsibility of snow removal. Volunteers will receive an invitation to a WhatsApp group, allowing for better coordination of schedules. If you have not received an invitation, please let Ron know that you would like to help!

IMPORTANT - PREPARE YOUR PATIO FOR WINTER
Please remember to remove the hose attached to your outdoor water tap. These taps are designed so that the water is cut off inside the wall, leaving a gap between the tap and the cutoff to prevent freezing. Because of this, if you turn off the tap but leave a garden hose attached, there will still be water in the gap, likely freezing and damaging pipe. Last year six taps were replaced, each one costing $200!

If you are planning on hosting company and need to make use of the amenities room, remember to contact Ron as soon as possible to get the date reserved!
Reminders
Garbage days are Mondays and Thursdays from 7:30 - 2:00
Recycling day is Monday
Please make sure that you lock your car and that there are
no valuables visible in it. Remember to make sure the gate closes behind you and that no one has entered the parkade without permission.
If you are transporting garbage using the elevator, make sure it is not dripping. If need be, please double bag to prevent spilling. It is up to all of us to keep our building clean.
